I haven't been on dA for a very long time due to school commitments. I guess I should make my hiatus official now that I got into my faculty of choice.

How did everyone's Christmas and New Year's go? Get any awesome presents?

Wow, it's been awhile since I've actually updated anything on my dA. Sorry

Anyways, I was thinking of possibly selling prints at my local anime convention, but I have some questions that hopefully somebody can answer . I would likely just sell prints of existing artworks since I probably won't have enough time to make any new ones.

1. Would my art even sell? (ie. Should I even bother XDD;; )

2. Any suggestions on which artworks I should make prints of?

3. How much do prints usually sell for?

4. What's the standard size for bookmarks (in pixels)? (Ie. how many bookmarks should I print on a page, and what size paper?)

5. Image quality... I know some of my art is at 300 dpi, while others are at 72 dpi. Would that affect quality on 8.5" x 11" size prints much?

6. Do people usually put watermarks on their prints (like, by the edge of the paper) ?

7. Kind of paper to use? Which do people prefer, matte or glossy? (Or something else?)

I've finally defeated Yiazmat. After 17 hours of battle (... if only I were joking :/) I've finally killed that stupid dragon. FINALLY.


To anyone who will ever attempt to fight Yiazmat... make sure you're leveled... like, AT LEAST 80+ and that you have some really good weapons (like Zodiac Spear, Tournesol, Fomalhaut + Dark Shot, etc.). AND GENJI GLOVES for whoever's using Masamune.

It would've taken me much less time had I had the above items in possession and were not so underleveled.

Happy New Years! (Sorry I'm 2 days late...) How has everyone's breaks been going?

I'm really sorry for my disappearance from dA over the last few months, but school has been extremely hectic for me

I barely even have time to play video games ( D: ), but I have finally beaten FFXII, although I'm still doing sidequests and fighting Yiazmat. 50 million HP, 50 life bars, damage cap to 6999 at the 25th life bar -- it's taking FOREVER for me to beat him. I think I'm like, 5 hours into the battle.... thank God I'm on Christmas break and have lots of spare time

I thought it was a pretty good game, but there's barely any character development >_<;; I LOVED the battle system, although I think it might've been better if you could chain together your attacks like in FFX-2. Gotta love the boss battle theme. It just felt so... adventurous whenever I went into battle XDD. Mixed feelings about the license board, but I liked how you could fully customize each character to whatever fighting style you wanted them to have. (Like a vamped up version of the FFX sphere grid!) I must admit, the camera controls were hard to get used to at first... as Reks I was constantly running into walls

Has anyone seen the trailer for Final Fantasy Versus XIII ?? I think it got released mid-December but I saw it for the first time last night and I have been obsessing about it ever since. It looks amazing and I absolutely love the song... and the part where he takes the first step down the stairs and the music picks up... omgOMG OMGGGG. And a motorized sword? How badass is that?? I CAN'T WAIT. LOL.

Anyway, that's enough of my ramblings~
